A factory reset is required post system update and may be necessary to troubleshoot the unit.
Press the Menu and Hotkey 2 buttons simultaneously as seen below:
Please note this will clear all user presets and revert the unit to factory default. It is recommended to perform a backup to and external device before restoring the unit.
