The steps below will guide you through the connection process to the Ravenna webpage on an MPA1-MIX-NET-V-1/R:
- Ensure the AoIP ports of the MPA1-MIX-NET-V-1/Rinto are plugged into a DHCP-enabled port of the switch.
- Open the Aneman app and look at the "Discovery Zone".
- A device should appear, showing the relevant information to open the Ravenna webpage.
- You can then open the webpage by right-clicking the device and clicking "Open Advanced Page". Alternatively, you could enter the IP address shown on Aneman on your browser, adding "/advanced" at the end of the address (eg. 192.168.1.58/advanced).
If Aneman can't find the device, please double-check you are connected to the right ports at the back of the unit and on the switch side and that DHCP is enabled on the port that the unit is connected to.
Please keep in mind the AoIP ports won't give access to the "Live View". That has to be accessed through the Management Port, using the IP address you can change from the front panel of the unit.
