If your TM1-Mk2 is stuck in the Bootloader mode or only displaying "waiting for firmware" on the front panel, please try the following:

  • Ping the TM1-Mk2 on the IP it was previously set to, if known.

If this is not successful, please try pinging the following IP addresses:

  • The IP's the unit shipped with: 192.168.205.124 and 192.168.205.125.
  • The default IPs of the NICs: 192.168.101.20 and 192.168.101.21.


Was the unit responsive to any of the the ping requests?


YES    -    If you are able to ping any of these IP addresses we will be able to remotely recover the system. Please contact us using the "New support ticket" link in the support portal or email us as at support@tslproducts.com. We will require remote access to your system using Teamviewer or your preferred means of granting remote access.


NO    -    It is likely that the unit will need to be returned to us for repair. Please make a note of the serial number of the unit and contact us using the "New support ticket" link in the support portal or email us as at support@tslproducts.com
