All Dante/AES67 sources routed to the PAM1-IP-3G PAM2-IP-3G must be made using Dante Controller. Ensure a CAT5 cable is connected from the Dante port at the back of the unit (image below) to the dedicated Dante switch so the software can recognise the unit.

The example below shows a PAM2-IP-3G named ‘PAM2-IP-WALLB’ subscribing to audio channels being transmitted from a Dante device named ‘Dante Playout’.
