TALLYMAN UPDATE PROCEDURE

The aim of this document is to give a detailed step-by-step guide on updating a Tallyman unit to version 3.X.X.X.

It is critical that during the update process, that you do not turn off the unit. Doing so might cause a hardware fault which may result in the unit needing to be returned for repair.

  1. Checking for updates and version compatibility

Go to https://www.tslproducts.com/product-support/control-products-support/ and check the release notes to confirm the latest compatible Tallyman software version for your unit. If you have any concerns, please do not update the unit before checking with the TSL Support team.

Once you have ensured which version is required, download the software and extract the .zip file.

  1. The installation process

Open the folder and run the installer app. You will be prompted to select a location for the new version, which we would leave as default. Once you agree to the License Terms and Conditions, you will be able to install the new software.
